I engaged Aleece from Biz-It Solutions to design and build our website for La famiglia Restaurant in Epping three years ago, and have worked with her ever since . We were totally happy and impressed with the final result, and the website has improved our business and increased our turnover.

We’ve updated the website twice since and ,employ Biz IT to do all our maintenance and look after our social media presence. Last year the website was updated to include a online booking facility and it has given us competitive edge in today’s market. Enabling us to provide a convenient facility to our customers where they can book a table 24/7. We were able to capture traffic generated from our social media campaigns in the moment and we have definitely seen a difference within our business.

She has helped to identify our brand, help us be found on Google and build a base of loyal followers on social media. Aleece created social media advertising campaign that was able to drive traffic to the website and promote La Famiglia restaurant to audiences of customers that had liked our Facebook page, encouraging them to come back in & promote our specials menu and nights. She recognised the need to capture online booking request any time, it was something desperately needed, instead of previous way of customer contacting through Facebook message and some requests were sometimes missed.
